Feedback
When your device has problems or questions, you can use the feedback function to quickly feedback your questions, and our engineers will reply to you in a short time. Of course, if you have any suggestions, you can also tell us through the feedback function.
Device/Vehicle Feedback
If you have problems with your vehicle or device, you can select the corresponding vehicle and click the Give Feedback button or Feedback icon of the vehicle.
Input the description of the problem you encounter, preferably upload a screenshot picture of the platform or a picture of the device, fill in the mobile phone number and email address that can contact you, and click Submit button.
View Feedback
You can view your history feedback by clicking the feedback button below your username. Also, if your feedback has been answered, there will be a red dot reminder here.
You can view the details of the feedback you submitted and our reply. If you have more information to provide us, you can input the comment and click Submit button.
Other Feedback
If you have other feedback not related to the device/vehicle, you can click the Dashboard button.
Click the plus icon to submit other types of feedback. Of course, you can also view your previous feedback and replies here.
